My Background

As a former registered nurse, I have firsthand insight of the importance of preventive health and the impact stress can have on our overall well-being. I’ve taken that experience into the world of personal growth, helping others create greater happiness and balance in their lives.

I was originally trained as an architect and earned my Bachelor of Architecture at The Cooper Union in New York City. My professional path later led me into investment banking at JPMorgan Chase, where I worked for nearly a decade before stepping away to focus on raising my three children.

Later, as a single mother, I returned to school and earned my Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Samuel Merritt University in California, going on to work as a registered nurse. Moving between high performance professional environments, full time motherhood, and healthcare gave me a deep understanding of stress, adaptation, and the human ability to grow and evolve.

During a period of personal loss and challenge, I discovered EFT Tapping. Its impact on my life led me to pursue formal training and obtain a year long clinical EFT practitioner certification so I could support others on their healing journeys.

In my free time, I enjoy coastal hiking, biking, and sailing, finding peace and inspiration in nature. Daily movement through yoga, free flow dance, and qigong brings me joy. I also love live music and creative expression through writing, painting, and photography. As a self-professed foodie, I enjoy exploring new eateries, cooking, and discovering fresh finds at local farmers markets. I also give back through regular volunteer work in my community.

I consider myself a lifelong student of human consciousness and neuroscience. I stay engaged with current research and attend 10-day silent meditation retreats several times a year to deepen my awareness and nervous system regulation so I can better support others.

The work I share is rooted in lived experience, ongoing practice, and a deep respect for the human capacity to heal, grow, and transform.
