Hi, I’m Jasmine and I’m so glad you are here.

I work with high-functioning adults who feel stuck, burned out, overwhelmed, or misaligned despite their accomplishments and best efforts.

I use a blend of coaching, Emotional Freedom Tapping (EFT), somatic awareness, and reflective spiritual inquiry to help you recover energy, regain balance and release what no longer serves you. 

Whether you’re navigating a life transition, healing from trauma, working through relational challenges, or feeling the call for something more, all parts of you are welcome here — even the ones that feel hidden or misunderstood.

Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT)

Emotional Freedom Tapping (EFT) is a gentle yet powerful method for regulating the nervous system and supporting healing from stress and trauma.

This evidence-based approach can help people navigate a wide range of concerns, including anxiety, grief and loss, physical pain, confidence and self-worth issues, relationship difficulties, fears and phobias, and blocks around goals and success. These challenges are often connected to deeper emotional imprints held in the body and nervous system. Many clients find relief from long-held trauma responses, chronic tension, and self-limiting beliefs.
